Exchange Procedure:

Report damaged/defective items to refund@Rungish.com within 24 hours of delivery with order number, description, and photos. Do not return without authorization. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges (excluding sale/custom items) are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for unused, original condition items with tags. No cash refunds; store credit provided.
